NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic is an academic clinic that emphasizes on academic medicine. Besides treating patients, the students’ education is also the top priority of the clinic. The teaching lab is an educational base for physicians to teach and demonstrate clinical skills to the student. Our visiting professors from BUCM also conduct some of their lectures in this teaching lab.
This Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine bilingual programm is a collaboration between NTU and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM) and started in the year 2005.
This innovative “East Meets West” programme trains students in 21st century Biomedical Sciences and the principles and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The key features are:
Year 1 to Year 3 at NTU
Biomedical courses (taught in English)
Basic and clinical TCM subjects (taught in Chinese)
Year 4 to Year 5 in China, Beijing
TCM clinical trainings
Advanced TCM principles
* Subject to meeting Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement
